Building Services Associate Part Time Days •Pay rate up to $19/hour! •United Methodist Communities i s seeking a Building Services Associate. Building Services Associate:
High School graduate or GED 1-3 years' experience in a janitorial position and some knowledge of basic repair. Responsibilities for a
Building Services Associate:
Maintains cleanliness of all areas of the community including floors, furniture, counters and all surfaces and interior of apartments as assigned. Attends to waste disposal including receptacles, compactor (if applicable), recycling and garbage/bulk. Assists with maintenance duties as needed including snow removal, rearranging furniture, changing filters and cleaning for re-occupancy. Assists Superintendent in duties requiring 2-people- such as a large scale project or a heavy or cumbersome. Performs duties related to apartment turnover including assisting residents with furniture, minor repairs and related items. Responds to emergencies as needed and attends resident functions as assigned.
