Overview We are seeking a dedicated Bunching Flowers Specialist to join our horticultural team. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully selecting, arranging, and bundling fresh flowers to prepare them for sale or distribution. Your expertise will ensure that flower bunches are aesthetically appealing, properly prepared for transport, and meet quality standards. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, contributing directly to the beauty and freshness of our floral products. Duties Arrange flowers into attractive bunches according to size, color, and variety specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including tools and storage spaces Assist with general gardening, landscaping, or farming tasks as needed to support plant growth Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling plants in outdoor or greenhouse environments Requirements Prior experience in horticulture, farming, or gardening is highly desirable Strong attention to detail in arranging and bundling flowers for presentation If you are passionate about horticulture and enjoy working with plants, we encourage you to apply.
