Duties Safely operate different types of buses such as shuttle buses, motor coaches, or paratransit vehicles according to schedules and routes Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, mechanical functionality, and cleanliness before each shift Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, and answering questions politely Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while maintaining punctuality throughout your routes Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers using clear language and professional communication skills Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement and airbrakes. Proven experience in bus driving or related fields such as delivery driver experience or limousine driving Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and minor maintenance tasks Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with passengers and team members Knowledge of safety procedures related to motor coach, school bus driving, shuttle driving, or paratransit operations Ability to handle various bus types including driver vehicles or similar large passenger vehicles Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage diverse passenger needs effectively Embark on a rewarding journey where your driving skills make a difference every day!
