We are seeking a visionary Business Analyst Director to spearhead the implementation of improved company-wide processes and IT systems to ensure long-term scalability and success.

Travel:

Up to 25% international travel, primarily to Asia The Role With full support from executive management, you will lead the strategic evolution of the organization's business processes and IT alignment.

You will be responsible for:

Process Optimization:

Identifying and improving existing business processes to meet best-practice standards and enhance the experience for both internal users and global customers.

Strategic Roadmap:

Developing and maintaining a program roadmap, prioritizing work-streams, and establishing project milestones.

Team Leadership:

Facilitating improvement teams across multiple global locations simultaneously.

IT Alignment:

Supporting the IT team to ensure the organization's technological strategy and operational direction align with core business objectives.

Training & Sustainability:

Ensuring long-term capability by developing and executing employee training programs for new systems and processes. The Profile The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with a "self-starter" mentality and the business judgment to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

You must possess:

Global Collaboration:

The ability to build trustworthy relationships with staff and international teams (including China, Korea, and Taiwan).

Technical Integration:

Strong experience integrating engineering, manufacturing, and quality processes with IT systems, specifically ERP implementations.

Change Management:

A working knowledge of Lean principles and the ability to guide an organization through significant process shifts.

Requirements Education:

BS/BA in Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Proven track record in Business Process Improvement or Quality roles within a manufacturing environment.

Project Management:

Demonstrated success managing global, cross-functional projects.

Software Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and process flowcharting tools like Visio. Preferred Qualifications MBA or relevant graduate degree.

Professional certifications:

Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or Change Management. Industry experience in semiconductor or electronics assembly equipment.

Rate (Up to): $165,000.00 - $175,000.00 Per Year
