Business Analyst/Cybersecurity Awareness Program Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Cybersecurity Awareness Program Analyst to support operational excellence, business intelligence initiatives, and enterprise cybersecurity awareness programs. This role is responsible for conducting operational and financial analyses, driving process improvements, supporting data-driven decision-making, and coordinating cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with experience working in cross-functional environments. Key responsibilities include performing medium to large-scale business analysis projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process mapping, workflow optimization, report development, and business performance analysis. The role will leverage tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel to analyze business and customer data, generate actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives including demand modeling, segment analysis, growth forecasting, locational analysis, and propensity modeling. The candidate will also develop cost models, identify process improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with business objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. In addition, the role will support enterprise cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives, including role-based training programs, phishing simulations, awareness campaigns, audit support, compliance tracking, and program effectiveness reporting. The analyst will collaborate closely with cybersecurity SMEs, internal stakeholders, learning partners, and external vendors to coordinate training activities, maintain program documentation, conduct industry research on emerging risks and best practices, and ensure successful delivery of cybersecurity awareness initiatives aligned with organizational standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in business analysis, market intelligence, data governance, process improvement, and structured training or cybersecurity awareness programs within a corporate environment. Strong multitasking, project ownership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field 6 10 years of experience in business analysis, operational analysis, market intelligence, process improvement, or cybersecurity awareness programs Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel Experience with data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence tools Knowledge of database management and data governance best practices Experience supporting cybersecurity awareness initiatives, phishing simulations, and compliance programs Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills
