Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Koch Automotive Group is looking for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our Sales Department. Are you team-oriented, goal-driven, great with follow-ups, skilled at data-entry, and love coordinating appointments? This could be an opportunity for you! Apply and become an integral part of the sales team. This position is paid hourly plus commission.

Role:

As a BDC Agent, you will help increase dealership activity through the setting up of appointments from incoming sales calls and internet leads; build relationships with potential customers through follow-up and provide general information on vehicles of interest.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping our customers The sales agent will guide customers through the car buying experience Providing exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty Transitioning customers effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-dealership experience Using a consultative process to best assist customers with their needs Transitioning customers to the appropriate sales staff for vehicle demonstrations and test drives Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches Setting and achieving targeted goals Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a BDC/Customer Service/Sales role preferred Ability to set and achieve targeted goals Excellent communication skills - superior phone, texting and emailing skills Exceptional customer experience Ability to work effectively on computers and with technology Team-oriented High School diploma or equivalent required Some college or college degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit/stand at lengths of time.
