% Variable Bonus Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Consulting & Client Relationship Lead to manage and grow strategic client accounts within the manufacturing and industrial sector in North America. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal delivery teams to provide AI, analytics, and technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients. Identify new business opportunities within manufacturing and industrial accounts. Work closely with solution and delivery teams to create customized client solutions. Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable analytics, AI, and technology services. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and workshops to drive business growth. Manage sales pipeline, revenue targets, and account growth. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure successful project delivery. Act as a trusted advisor for clients by understanding industry trends and business priorities. Preferred Background Strong experience in consultative sales, account management, or business development for analytics/technology services. Experience working with manufacturing industries such as automotive, chemicals, electronics, industrial machinery, or metals. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Experience handling large global teams and managing enterprise accounts. Good understanding of AI, analytics, engineering, or digital transformation services. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonus.
