Business Development Manager Perks Competitive base salary up to $110K based on experience Monthly bonuses and commission pay-outs Medical, dental, and vision plans PTO, including your birthday and volunteer time off 401(k) with company match Business Development Manager Requirements Minimum of 5 years of outside sales or business development experience required; 8+ years strongly preferred Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, multifamily, or related industry experience highly preferred Proven ability to generate leads, prospect independently, and close new corporate accounts Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills Skilled at overcoming objections and navigating complex sales conversations Self-motivated with a strong "hunter" mentality and entrepreneurial mindset Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to service Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems and sales tools; experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or Zendesk Sell is a plus Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing business and client needs Reliable transportation required for daily networking events, client meetings, and sales appointments Business Development Manager Responsibilities Prospect heavily daily and manage a designated geographic territory to uncover new business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with relocation consultants, HR professionals, executive assistants, global mobility contacts, and other key decision-makers Conduct guided tours of luxury furnished apartment communities and showcase hospitality-driven services and amenities Promote flexible-stay housing solutions across industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, finance, insurance, retail, entertainment, and sports Develop and expand existing corporate relationships to increase account growth and referrals Track outreach efforts, pipeline activity, and sales progress through CRM reporting and communication with leadership Achieve and exceed individual and community sales goals Collaborate closely with on-site teams and leadership to ensure an exceptional experience for prospects, partners, clients, and residents Represent the brand professionally within the local business community through networking and relationship-building initiatives
