This role is built for a true hunter—someone who thrives on uncovering opportunities, building pipelines from scratch, and turning prospects into long-term partners. This individual will play a critical role in expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our position across key food & beverage segments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities New Business Development Proactively identify, target, and secure new customers across food & beverage markets. Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value prospects. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Experience with food service, private label, co-manufacturing, and/or food and beverage start-ups is strongly preferred and will be prioritized. Strong understanding of food & beverage markets, flavors and seasonings, trends, and customer dynamics. Proven track record of generating and closing new business. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic action. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be coachable and have an entrepreneurial drive for this role. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
