About Us JM Junk Removers is a growing company focused on junk removal, customer service, and community relationships. We are looking for someone energetic, outgoing, organized, and dependable to help us continue growing our business and assist with exciting long-term commercial development projects. This is not a typical desk job. We need someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and helping a growing business run smoothly. What We're Looking For We are searching for someone who: Has a bubbly, positive personality Loves talking with people and building relationships Has excellent communication skills Is self-motivated and dependable Can multitask and stay organized Is professional but personable Enjoys helping grow a business Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Is comfortable using social media and technology Responsibilities Answer customer calls, texts, and messages Schedule appointments and follow up with leads Assist with sales and customer relations Network with local businesses, realtors, contractors, and community groups Help manage and grow social media presence Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Assist with office organization and daily operations Help coordinate and support commercial property development projects over the next 1-2 years Maintain a professional and positive customer experience Help identify opportunities to improve and grow the business Preferred Qualifications Customer service or sales experience preferred Social media or marketing experience is a plus Strong organizational skills Comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media familiarity preferred Reliable transportation required Compensation Details Base Plus commission Base starts at 40,000 Commission for sales through networking and sales efforts. Bonuses for completion on booked jobs. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) measured weekly. 10K-20K or more in total commissions, bonuses, and KPI's each year with no cap. Why Join Us?
