Business Development Rep

Due to growth, we currently have an internal opening for a Business Development Rep at our growing Fitchburg, WI location. Join our team and help put a million people to work annually! As a Business Development Rep, you will work within a defined territory connecting with and learning about local businesses and their hiring needs, and present Express product offerings as solutions. The main goal of the Business Development Rep is to help companies understand how Express can help them in the areas of employment, leadership, and human resources. This role will prospect for new business and call on an existing book of business in a sales capacity.

Hours :

Full-time, generally 8am

• 4:30pm.

At times, this role does involve some additional hours for client needs and networking events. This is an in-office role that requires reporting to our Fitchburg office each day, and using company vehicle for outside sales activity in our territory.

Pay:

Business Development Reps are compensated through a base salary ($40

• 50k based on experience and past sales performance), plus a monthly commission structure based on territory performance and profit sharing. Average first year total earnings (base plus commissions) for a BDR is $60
• $75k
• Candidates with stronger outside sales experience may be considered for higher base salary and bonus structure.
