longview, texas Posted 1 day ago Closes 6/30/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $19.00 per hour Temp to Perm 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Industry sales (Sales and Related Occupations) Reference number S_176046 Are you a people person who loves getting out in the East Texas community promoting services and acquiring new customers as well as helping others at the same time? We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our already amazing team!
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established objectives for medium to large-sized accounts Perform prospecting and screening activities to identify qualified prospects for new business development Use a consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections and maximize sales activity within the assigned territory Collaborate with internal resources to develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to the account Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective accounts Collaborate with internal service staff to ensure accounts sold are consistent with service resources and the candidate pool Interface with field management to establish pricing for quotes and bids consistent with financial objectives Maintain written documentation of sales activities to facilitate reporting ... Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered Maintain partnerships with the existing customer base Attend local networking and marketing events to generate leads and referrals Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00
