Position Overview Part-Time / Internship - Business Development Representative (BDR) As a Part-Time or Intern Business Development Representative, you'll be a key part of our go-to-market team and often the first point of contact for prospective customers. This role is designed to provide real-world sales experience, exposure to SaaS, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders. You'll help generate qualified leads and support our Account Executives while building a strong foundation for a future career in sales, marketing, or customer success. This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals exploring a career in tech sales. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential customers within target industries and markets Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social platforms Assist in qualifying leads through discovery conversations Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives Maintain accurate activity tracking and CRM updates in HubSpot Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings Continuously learn our product, sales process, and best practices Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Coachable, curious, and eager to learn Organized with attention to detail Comfortable speaking with new people and learning how to handle objections Self-motivated with an interest in SaaS, sales, or business development What We Offer Flexible part-time hours (ideal for students or those balancing other commitments) Paid internship or hourly compensation with performance-based incentives Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals Real-world SaaS sales experience you can put on a resume Opportunity to transition into a full-time BDR or Account Executive role Supportive, collaborative team culture
