• Meet with business leaders to understand hiring needs and present staffing solutions
• Maintain consistent daily and weekly sales activity to build a strong pipeline
• Partner closely with our recruiting team to ensure client needs are met quickly
• Represent the company professionally in the local business community

Your clients and candidates are local, but you will have the backing, training, and resources of a global organization. Pay and Benefits This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), typically Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some flexibility.

Compensation includes:

Base pay: $20.00 per hour

• Uncapped commissions: starting at 25% and increasing up to 50% with experience
• On-target earnings: approximately $60,000-$80,000 in the first year Benefits include:
