gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with our client to identify a Business & Finance Paralegal (5+ Years) to join a well-established firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal seeking hands-on involvement in corporate transactions, entity formation, and business operations support within a collaborative and stable environment.
Position:
Business & Finance Paralegal (5+ Years) About the Role This role supports attorneys across a variety of corporate and transactional matters , including business formation, financing, and ongoing entity management. You'll work closely with attorneys and clients while playing a key role in managing documents, filings, and deal workflow. Responsibilities Draft entity formation documents , operating agreements, bylaws, and resolutions Assist with corporate transactions and deal document organization Conduct legal research and data compilation Manage and maintain transactional files and document versions Coordinate state and federal filings Track deadlines and manage calendars Communicate with clients, attorneys, and third parties Enter and track billable time Qualifications 5+ years of paralegal experience (corporate/transactional preferred) Experience with business formation and corporate documentation Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and document systems Strong writing, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Entity management or corporate governance Experience with document management or billing systems Notary certification is a plus Compensation & Benefits Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) PTO and retirement contributions Professional development opportunities Stable, team-oriented firm environment Interested?
