Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer satisfaction. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly. Proficiency in negotiating terms and conditions effectively to meet client needs. Experience in retail sales or insurance sales is highly desirable.
