In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions that transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights for clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and data pipelines that drive decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions against large healthcare datasets Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from clinical, claims, and administrative systems (EHR, EMR, ADT, billing) Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting layers Perform data profiling, root cause analysis, and data quality remediation Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such asApache Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Translate business requirements from clinical and operational teams into scalable, self-service BI solutions Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics aligned with healthcare quality, utilization, and financial goals Support ad hoc analysis requests and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders Work with standard healthcare data models and terminologies includingICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, and

HL7/FHIR

Ensure all BI solutions comply withHIPAAand organizational data governance policies Partner with clinical informatics and IT teams on data architecture and master data management initiatives Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders across clinical, finance, and operations Maintain thorough documentation of data definitions, data dictionaries, report logic, and development standards Participate inAgile/Scrumceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on SQL best practices and BI development standards Required Skills & Qualifications Advanced SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or PostgreSQL) Healthcare data systems (EHR, EMR, Claims) BI tools:

Apache Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent ETL/ELT development and data pipelines Data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake schemas) Stored procedures, views, and query optimization Data quality and validation methodologies Excel and pivot table analysis

Salary:

$120000-$130000
