Responsibilities Provide training to end-users to ensure effective ERP software utilization Manage support tickets and outages, minimizing disruption and swiftly restoring services Leverage SQL to develop reports that present production data to plant management Drive decision-making and uncover manufacturing opportunities while liaising with stakeholders to deliver regular updates on KPIs Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights Experience working with ERP platforms Expert-level SQL skills for querying and manipulating data Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Solid technical and computer proficiency Strong verbal and written skills for documenting processes and engaging with all levels of the organization Benefits Holiday Pay Paid Time Off Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Accident Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401k
