We' re seeking a Business Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, drive performance, and lead cross-functional teams for a well-established organization in Reno, NV. This is a direct hire opportunity offering the chance to make a meaningful impact at a leadership level while working closely with executive leadership. What You' ll Do As the Business Manager, you' ll be the driving force behind operational excellence and organizational alignment.

Key responsibilities include:

Operations Leadership Oversee daily operations across Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse teams Ensure seamless coordination across departments Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and performance Financial & Administrative Oversight Review and approve ACH and wire payments in partnership with Accounting Support banking activities and financial processes Monitor daily sales activity and margin performance Systems & Business Operations Act as the primary liaison for IT systems and external providers Oversee SAP system functionality in collaboration with Accounting Review and approve contracts and key business documents Quality & Compliance Lead quality control initiatives and resolve customer concerns Maintain ISO compliance and support internal audits Ensure adherence to workplace safety and training standards Warehouse & Purchasing Management Oversee production scheduling, kitting, and inventory processes Approve purchase orders and manage vendor relationships Ensure accuracy in receiving, inventory handling, and rework processes What You Bring Bachelor' s degree (Business, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, or related field preferred) 5+ years of management experience in operations or a related field Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand products and operations Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Additional Details Direct hire opportunity Based in Reno, NV (on-site) Domestic and international travel may be required Reports directly to executive leadership Why Join?
