Knowledge and successful experience of P/R and A/R is required. The ability to maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively, professionally, and compassionately with residents, families, agencies, and staff is critical. The successful candidate will enjoy a sense of teamwork in a caring environment and be able to calmly handle interruptions and juggle multiple priorities.
