The Business Office Manager will maintain a thorough accurate and complete understanding of Medicaid, Medicare and insurance requirements for proper billing and collection and will also review all Medicaid applications and facilitate completion of Medicaid applications to assure timely submission and acceptance by the County Medicaid Office. Responsibilities:
Plan for coverage, complete all financial documents, explain billing and receipt procedure Ensure understanding in regard to financial obligations to the facility are understood Ensure proper and compliant billing Maximize collection of applied income, private coinsurance receivables Manage submission, tracking and resolving Medicaid pending application Manage collection activity Set up and manage resident trust accounts Ensure full compliance with residence trust and resident funds at all times Perform end of month review, reconciliations and reportingBenefits:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or closely related experience.
