Business Office Manager - SIGN

!!! What You'll Be Doing The Business Office Manager will oversee operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves coordinating staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient safety and satisfaction.. The successful candidate will be able to: Lead and manage the administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture Develop and implement effective operational processes to optimize workflow and enhance patient satisfaction Coordinate and monitor daily activities such as appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and medical records management Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws (HIPAA), and industry standards Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline patient care processes and enhance overall operational efficiency Oversee the implementation and utilization of electronic health record (EHR) systems Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain patients, contributing to practice growth Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the practice Perform any and all other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required, Master's degree preferred Proven experience (3+ years) in healthcare practice management or related administrative roles Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and privacy practices Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to addressing challenges Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care What We Offer Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off Paid Holidays 401k Continuing Education We are an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
