Job Description

Tali Healthcare is seeking a Business Office Manager/HR to support the day-to-day financial and front office operations of our facility. We are a skilled nursing center providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Position Summary The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing resident accounts, financial processes, and front desk operations . This role works closely with residents, families, and staff to ensure accurate billing, strong customer service, and smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Manage resident accounts , including personal needs allowance (PNA) funds Process deposits, bank reconciliations, and check requests Support accounts receivable and billing functions Oversee reception staff and front desk operations Communicate with residents and families regarding billing and account questions Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal procedures Order and manage office supplies as needed Oversee HR and employee files Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in accounts receivable, billing, office management, or financial operations and HR Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or healthcare setting preferred , but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing financial transactions and reconciliations Experience supervising staff or coordinating office operations is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Benefits Low-cost medical insurance Dental and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys organized, detail-focused work and values being part of a collaborative healthcare team.
