Department Overview The Worldwide Sales Effectiveness & Enablement organization leads the strategy, development, and delivery of sales tools and processes to enable an efficient, effective selling organization. This group is responsible for the everyday tools our sellers use to drive Sales Growth. Our mission is to deliver the best set of tools, data, and processes to enable a simple seller experience. Job Description The Business Operations Manager role is responsible for the global design and deployment of Oracle CPQ while serving as the primary lead for identifying and resolving major operational roadblocks. You will be tasked with documenting "as-is" processes to uncover pain points, gaining cross-functional alignment on solutions, and managing the entire lifecycle of CPQ initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Specific Knowledge & Skills Target Base Salary Range:

$85,000 - $100,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions' values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
