Business Systems Analyst Location:

Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA / Cleveland, OH / Dallas, TX (will start out hybrid, must be open to working fully onsite)

$50-$55/hour W2 Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience working in enterprise SDLC environments supporting web and/or mobile applications. This individual will play a key role in gathering and refining requirements, writing user stories, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and production specifications for application changes and enhancements Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes Lead and support business process improvement initiatives to drive better outcomes Gather, refine, and document detailed functional requirements and user stories Identify system constraints, dependencies, and impacts of proposed changes Provide recommendations and solutions to address business challenges Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Required Qualifications Experience working in an enterprise SDLC environment (web and/or mobile applications) Strong experience with requirements gathering and refinement Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Background in Consumer Banking or financial services strongly preferred Why Join Opportunity to convert to full-time after contract period Work on large-scale, enterprise-level applications Collaborative Agile environment with high visibility
