Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience with banking systems. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in core banking system implementations (e.g., CSI, FIS, FiServ). Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to achieve critical business outcomes. Willingness to step outside of their comfort zone to tackle new and complex problems.
