Business Transaction Attorney

Transactional Attorney Our firm is poised for significant expansion in 2026, and we are looking for a Business Transaction Attorney to assist our business and real estate practice with 5+ years of experience with transactions. We offer a relaxed office culture that prioritizes quality of work and meaningful client relationships. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our business clients. From helping entrepreneurs launch new ventures to navigating complex Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs), your work will help our clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Formation:

Advise on and execute entity selection and formation.

Corporate Governance:

Draft operating agreements, bylaws, and corporate resolutions.

M&A Support:

Lead the drafting and negotiation of Asset Purchase Agreements and related closing documents.

Real Estate:

Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions, including leasing and title matters.

Strategic Advice:

Act as "outside general counsel" for small to mid-sized local businesses.

Who You Are Experienced:

You have 5+ years of dedicated transactional experience. This role is not intended for recent graduates.

Qualified:

You are an active member in good standing with the Ohio State Bar.

Detailed:

You have an eagle eye for contract drafting and a deep understanding of corporate law.
