• Full-time Overview We are looking for a high-potential Business Unit Manager who is ready to take the next step into full business leadership.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth opportunity for someone who wants to own outcomes, drive results, and develop into a senior executive leader. You will gain hands-on experience across sales, operations, supply chain, and financial performance, while working alongside executive leadership in a fast-paced, multi-entity organization. Business Performance & Financial Ownership Manage and improve revenue, gross margin, and operating performance Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking Sales & Customer Development Partner with sales to drive new business growth and customer retention Support pricing strategy and ensure margin discipline Build relationships with key customers and support account development Operations & Supply Chain Coordination Work cross-functionally to improve inventory management, logistics, and service levels Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and reliability Identify and implement process improvements Leadership & Team Development Lead and support teams across Sales Support, Customer Service, and Operations Develop leadership skills through hands-on team management and coaching Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Safety, Quality & Compliance Promote and support a strong culture of safety and regulatory compliance Ensure adherence to company standards and industry requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field 7-12 years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, or operations Strong interest in business leadership and career growth Analytical mindset with ability to use data to make decisions Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Exposure to chemical distribution, industrial products, or manufacturing environments Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) Involvement in process improvement, operations, or cross-functional projects Key Skills Business Operations Management Supply Chain Management Inventory Management Sales and Account Management Financial Analysis & KPI Reporting Process Improvement ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.)
