To oversee the financial well-being and transparency of theanization
Responsibilities:
Manage bank accounts and track ie/expenses Present monthly and annual financial reports to the Board Draft the annual budget in collaboration with the Board Work with our CPA/Ensure IRS filings (Form 990), 1099s, and state nonprofitpliance Maintain donation records and provide receipts Join our monthly board meeting (typically in the evenings and 1.5 hours long, but we set a mutual time that works for everyone) Here is our board member agreement that goes into further detail of what is expected. Our Annual Meeting is on Tuesday May 12, 2026 and terms are for one year. This is a volunteer position.
Qualifications:
Prior experience with Quickbooks is preferred. The Executive Director/President will work alongside you and support you in your role.
