Featuring a IV Hydration Lounge, and premium clinical environments, we deliver a modern, high-touch wellness experience for VIP clients and high-net-worth corporate B2B networks. The Position & Executive Mandate This is not a traditional dental associate job. You will not have insurance companies dictating your pace, nor will you answer to a traditional corporate dental group. You are an independent, sovereign cosmetic dentist running your own private boutique clinic from our premier South End medical resort, while holding a prominent seat on the BioLogic Executive Board . We are bringing dental aesthetics out of sterile, boring office complexes and integrating it into an elite, multi-tenant wellness collective. As a Sovereign Board Member, you will help drive the strategic vision of the entire company moving forward. You will collaborate directly with the Founder and the medical directors to ensure the facility maintains absolute operational excellence. When other executive team members are traveling or off-site, you step up as the operational anchor to ensure the building is running smoothly, safely, and highly profitably. The Sovereign Space:

$6,000/Month Flat Rate. This includes your luxury clinical space, full enterprise utilities, high-speed internet, facility laundry/shower access, and an elite front-desk administrative concierge team to warmly handle your incoming VIP traffic. The 5%
