To Be Determined Job Description Vacancy Notice The Foundation for Easton Schools, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the Easton Area School District, is seeking an Executive Director to lead its fundraising and development efforts. This dynamic leader will be responsible for securing financial and in-kind support to enhance educational opportunities for students by: Developing and executing fundraising strategies, including cultivating corporate sponsorships and community partnerships. Board Development Engaging Easton alumni to leverage both financial contributions and mentorship opportunities. Securing grants and philanthropic donations to supplement district programs and initiatives. Collaborating with district leadership to identify and support programs that enrich student experiences beyond the district budget. Assist in organizing and facilitating community and fundraising events Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, donor relations, and nonprofit leadership, as well as a passion for education and community engagement. A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in non-profit development, sales, or marketing. Preference will be given to individuals with professional fundraising experience. Experience in developing budgets, corporate communication plans, and strategic plans preferred. Possesses high energy level, persistence, and self-motivation Proficient in using job-embedded technology Demonstrates high-level, professional communication skills. Hours Part-time - 20-25 flexible weekly hours with occasional nighttime and/or weekend hours required. Salary The starting salary is $30,000 per year. The annual contract offered to the successful candidate includes a bonus structure and an annual salary adjustment clause.
