Part-Time Board Liaison Location Seattle, WA 98109 Date Posted April 17, 2026 Job ID 14466 Employment Type Contract Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Part-Time Board Liaison for a respected, mission-driven arts and cultural organization dedicated to enriching the lives of young people and families through creative programming and community engagement. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Seattle, Washington, with occasional in-person meetings.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Temporary Board Liaison will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to executive leadership and the organization's board and committees. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication, strong relationships, and effective meeting execution across leadership groups. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful programming while supporting organizational governance and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and support board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-up Serve as a primary point of contact for board members, ensuring clear, timely, and thoughtful communication Partner with executive leadership to manage board communications and engagement strategies Maintain accurate records, contact lists, and documentation with a high level of confidentiality Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership initiatives and organizational priorities Attend select meetings and ensure seamless execution of both virtual and in-person gatherings
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Experience supporting senior leaders or boards in a professional environment Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This temporary, part-time opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $32-$36/hour, depending on experience.
