Job Description

About Rugiet Rugiet is a pioneering direct-to-consumer telemedicine brand dedicated to revolutionizing discreet and effective healthcare solutions. With a strong focus on patient-centric care and innovative product delivery, we are rapidly expanding our reach and impact in the digital health landscape. Position Summary We are seeking highly reputable urologists and general practitioners to join our Medical Advisory Board (MAB). As an MAB member, you will serve as a critical strategic partner, providing expert guidance and actively contributing to Rugiet's mission. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of telemedicine, contribute to a rapidly growing healthcare brand, and ensure Rugiet's clinical excellence and rapid market penetration.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Guidance & Clinical Expertise:
Participate in quarterly virtual meetings (approximately 2-4 hours each) to provide strategic insights and clinical validation on Rugiet's product development, patient care protocols, and overall business strategy.
Clinical Review:
Review and offer feedback on clinical guidelines, patient education materials, and medical content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and best practices.
Innovation & Trend Forecasting:
Contribute to discussions on emerging trends in telemedicine, men's health, and general practice to help Rugiet remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
Content Creation & Brand Advocacy:
Collaborate on filming high-quality video content for Rugiet's social media channels and marketing platforms to educate patients and build brand trust. Act as a medical thought leader and advocate for Rugiet's innovative approach, leveraging your existing social media presence to amplify key messages. Participate in occasional promotional activities, webinars, or interviews as agreed upon.
Mentorship:
Serve as a resource and mentor for new prescribers joining the network, sharing best practices in telemedicine and product integration.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
Advisors will be compensated for all time spent on MAB-related activities (including meetings, preparation, content creation, and recruitment efforts).
Expense Reimbursement:
All reasonable and pre-approved travel and business expenses incurred in connection with MAB duties will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
Long-Term Incentives:
Opportunities for additional long-term incentive compensation may be discussed for advisors demonstrating exceptional, sustained impact and strategic value beyond the initial engagement. Compliance & Ethics Rugiet is unwavering in its commitment to ethical practices and strict adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute and state-specific telehealth and prescribing laws. All compensation arrangements are structured at Fair Market Value (FMV) for legitimate services rendered and are explicitly not contingent on or intended to induce referrals, prescriptions, or purchases of Rugiet's products. A comprehensive written agreement detailing responsibilities, compensation, and compliance provisions will be executed with each MAB member.
