Job Description :
Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong expertise in ITIL Change Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration is required. Ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate project deliverables, and ensure timely execution of IT initiatives. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams. Experience in risk management, change control, incident coordination, and process improvement within enterprise environments. Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills with a focus on driving operational efficiency and project success.
