Job Description

Warner Bros. Discovery Licensing and Publishing Technology is seeking an experienced Technology Change Manager to support a large-scale modernization of a legacy licensing and financial management platform. This initiative focuses on transforming how contract management, royalty processing, billing, invoicing, and accounting are supported through a modern, integrated ERP solution. This role is critical to ensuring successful adoption of new systems and business processes across a diverse, global user base. The Change Manager will lead organizational change efforts, partner closely with business and technology teams, and help drive readiness, adoption, and long-term value as new capabilities are rolled out in phases alongside existing systems. What You'll Do Change Management & Adoption Lead change management activities for a complex ERP and financial systems transformation. Identify and manage change impacts related to new processes, roles, and technologies. Drive user adoption and proficiency through structured readiness and reinforcement strategies. Track and communicate change progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with stakeholders across Licensing, Publishing, Finance, Accounting, and Operations. Serve as a bridge between business users and technology teams to ensure change impacts are understood and addressed. Gather and synthesize user feedback to inform rollout and stabilization efforts. Communications Develop and execute a change and communications strategy aligned with a phased implementation approach. Create clear, targeted communications such as announcements, FAQs, release updates, and executive-level summaries. Support parallel system usage and gradual transition from legacy processes. Training & Enablement Design and deliver training strategies for new system capabilities, including contract lifecycle management, royalty calculations, invoicing, and reporting. Develop training materials such as job aids, quick reference guides, and video walkthroughs. Leverage enterprise tools to deliver scalable and engaging learning experiences. Partner with subject matter experts and end users to validate and refine training content. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track adoption, readiness, and training metrics. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve change effectiveness. Support post-go-live activities to reinforce new ways of working. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading organizational change management for large-scale technology or ERP implementations. Experience supporting business process transformation, preferably within licensing, royalties, finance, accounting, or ERP platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels. Comfort working in a global, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders. Ability to quickly learn complex systems and workflows. Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with product, engineering, QA, and business teams. Experience developing and delivering training for enterprise applications. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Business Central (Navision), Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI or similar platforms is a plus.
