Our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group focuses on implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays.
As a Change Management Lead, you will focus on the global adoption of new processes and behaviors tied to the rollout of new and enhanced Sales tools. You will have direct impact on the delivery of a new global reporting platform, as well as assist with enhancements to our Salesforce-based CRM solution. These processes support Apple's Business-to-Business (B2B) and Channel Sales efforts.
Working closely with regional change management teams, you will focus on the people side of change, including assessing the change impact and designing, developing, and delivering training and communications for new business processes impacting key internal users and external partners (B2B focused Apple resellers and carriers). Based on the identified impacts, you will partner with worldwide and regional team members to identify the communication and training needs and support the execution of change management activities. You will use your analytical skills to review reporting dashboards to create targeted adoption initiatives in partnership with GEO change leads. DescriptionIn this role, you will:
Collaborate with business owners, process SME's, and other stakeholders to review the current state against proposed future state processes and systemsLead and document change impacts by conducting impact analyses and other change management assessments across all aspects of the changePartner with regional SME's to review global change impacts and assess regional differencesCollaborate with regional Change teams to develop recommendations for addressing change impactsChampion global and regional process harmonization activities to drive consistency and efficiencyOwn Change Management Plans, regularly reviewing and updating strategies to align with project and business readiness.
Develop training materials that will used in instructor-led sessions or as part of self-paced modulesDevelop communication materials to ensure adoption of new ways of working and technology solutions for internal leadership, sales users, and external stakeholdersEngage with senior leaders to drive change readiness and partner closely with Product Leads to establish clear success metrics that evaluate adoption and impactLeverage data dashboards to drive continuous usage of new and mature capabilities and business processesManage the end-to-end change work stream, including weekly status reporting, risk and dependency management, and proactive forward planning.
Preferred QualificationsChange management certification (such as PROSCI) or other designation is a plusKnowledge of B2B business processes such as account planning and management, lead, opportunity, and lifecycle management, partner collaboration, forecasting, campaign management is a plusOutstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partnersPassion for problem solving and overcoming business challenges in partnership with others, as well as through the use of advancements in technologyMinimum QualificationsTypically requires 8+ years of experience in project, program, change management and/or training content development and delivery on similar programsExpertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a grasp of process improvement and technical documentationExperience working on enterprise-scale, multi-country digital transformation projectsProven ability working on multi-release projects following the Agile methodologyProven ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Solid track record of leading strategic programs combined with the ability to execute tactical, project-level activities, and tasksExperience developing communications and training materialsAnalytical and strategic minded, with the ability to ask probing questions and review metrics to develop actionable adoption strategiesComfort managing ambiguity and ability to aggregate information from multiple sources to formulate a cohesive strategy or directionEffective presentation skills and experience \
