This role ensures smooth transition of processes, systems, or organizational structures with minimal disruption and maximum user adoption. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across projects and programs
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps
- Perform impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Drive communication plans to ensure awareness and alignment across all levels
- Manage resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in
- Collaborate with business, IT, HR, and leadership teams
- Define and track change success metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction)
- Conduct training needs analysis and ensure effective training delivery
- Integrate change management activities into overall project lifecycle
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with organizational change frameworks and governance Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Model, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in organizational transformation / digital transformation projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
