Job Description
Job Description A large utility company, sitting in downtown Los Angeles, CA is looking to hire a local Change Manager to support a very large-scale, complex relocation project. He/She will be required to execute across daily operations, strategic, tactical and transactional work as a hands-on practitioner. This Change Manager will be supporting execution of the overall change management strategy, while developing and delivering communication (drafting, editing, managing, distributing etc.). This person will also be assisting in stakeholder engagement activities while managing day-to-day change operations through trackers, reporting and follow-ups. This manager will be partnering closely with project workstreams and handling logistics for events and readiness activities. This person will be proactively identifying risks and helping to implement mitigation actions. This person will be required to be local as they might be required to be in office at least x2-3days/week. This role pays between $35-47/hour depending on years of experience and qualifications. - Experience running a change management initiative on a project; Experience drafting, running through approvals, and executing on completion with change network (working with lots of stakeholders, creating a change management project plan based on initiatives, initiating a communications plan etc.)
- Experience in Sharepoint, MS Teams, MS Suite
- Prosci Certification and knowledge of ADKAR
- Must be local to SoCal territory and available to work on-site
- Ability to start quickly is highly preferred
