$61-66/hour Position Summary The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist plays a key role in supporting organizational transformation initiatives by helping employees successfully adopt new processes, systems, and behaviors across a variety of small and large-scale projects. This position focuses on driving stakeholder engagement, minimizing resistance, and ensuring organizational changes are effectively implemented and sustained. Key Responsibilities Change Management Support Support the design and execution of change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives. Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate how initiatives affect people, processes, and business operations. Identify and analyze stakeholders to ensure engagement, alignment, and project success. Support the development and implementation of change readiness and adoption activities. Communications & Training Develop and deliver clear, targeted communications to increase awareness and understanding of organizational changes. Coordinate and support training programs, training materials, and end-user readiness activities. Assist in creating communication and training deliverables that support successful adoption. Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption Track and report on change adoption metrics, readiness assessments, and employee feedback. Identify potential resistance and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project managers, HR teams, and business leaders to integrate change management activities into project plans. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline. Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Prosci Change Management Certification. Experience supporting business transformation, process improvement, or system implementation initiatives. Experience developing communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement plans. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments. Strong situational awareness and understanding of organizational dynamics and human behavior. Ability to present technical and non-technical information to diverse audiences.
