Job Description

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred Certification:
  • Prosci Certification or other Change Management certification.
Required Experience:
  • Experience conducting Change Impact Assessments.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience developing change management strategies and communication plans.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, HR, and business leaders.
  • Experience presenting technical and non-technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Utility industry experience.
Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles and methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Training Coordination and End-User Readiness Support.
  • Change Adoption and Readiness Tracking.
  • Ability to Identify and Mitigate Resistance to Change.
  • Strong Facilitation and Meeting Leadership Skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR methodology.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and execution of Organizational Change Management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct Change Impact Analyses to assess impacts on people, processes, and operations.
  • Identify, analyze, and engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Develop and deliver targeted communications to increase awareness and understanding of change initiatives.
  • Coordinate training programs, materials, and end-user readiness activities.
  • Monitor and report on change adoption metrics, readiness assessments, and employee feedback.
  • Identify potential resistance and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, HR teams, and Business Leaders to integrate change activities into project plans.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Support successful implementation and long-term sustainability of organizational changes.
