Change Management Consultant#26-16617 $68.13-$70.53 per hour San Francisco, CA All On-site Job Description Our client, is a American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a Change Management Consultant for their San Francisco, CA/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams. Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out.
Requirements:
This role will be the training lead for the GPOS program, which will be replacing both the hardware (tablets) and software of all POS systems across all brands. This individual will be responsible for synthesizing the change impacts by persona into training strategies and plans, developing course outlines, creating training materials (ex. FAQs, VILT) or engagement (eg. overview presentations, stakeholder update presentations), managing the review/approval cycles of said materials, and managing themselves against project milestones. This role requires someone organized, highly adaptable, able to jump in and learn new tools/systems, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
