Join our team as a Change Management Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving cultural transformation and enhancing organizational performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with leaders to implement sustainable change strategies over an 8-month period. Responsibilities Lead initiatives to foster cultural change and improve performance across teams. Conduct comprehensive organizational readiness assessments and present findings to senior leadership. Develop and recommend strategic change plans tailored to organizational needs. Advise leadership on organizational development and behavioral change issues. Skills Proven experience in change management and organizational development. Strong analytical skills to assess organizational readiness and impact. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with senior leaders. Ability to develop strategic plans and drive implementation. Preferred Skills Experience in conducting behavioral change assessments. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and buy-in.
