WHAT YOU'LL DO

Job Responsibilities:

Role requires someone organized, highly adaptable, able to jump in and learn new tools/systems, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments. Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams. Role will be the training lead, supporting the change management lead for the OMP program. Interested?
