Job Description We're seeking a Training & Change Management Lead to support a large-scale transformation program. This role will focus on translating change impacts into training strategies, materials, and engagement plans to drive successful adoption.
Pay Rate Range:
$65-70/HR on W2 (NO C2C)
Responsibilities:
Lead training efforts for a major change initiative Develop training materials (VILT, FAQs, presentations) Translate change impacts into actionable training plans Conduct readiness assessments and support leadership through change Manage timelines, stakeholders, and content approvals
Required Qualifications:
Experience in change management, training, or organizational development Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
