Skill-set Requirements:
Change Management / Organizational design lead with brand consulting background (big 4) & demonstrated strong experience in complete change management lifecycle At least 10 years of organizational design / Change Management experience is required, working with large scale clients. Bachelors or Masters Degree required Deep familiarity & proven experience on executing industry best practices for Change Management concepts/ methodologies and Project Management methodologies. Experience in guiding client leadership and project team members through a professional Change Management approach for their complex transformation program. Experience at senior level client communications, facilitation and presentation: Deliver high impact, effective communications material. Experience setting strategy for Training and Communications program; partnering with Training teams trough complete life cycle of needs assessment through delivery and measurement. Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills; must have outstanding presentation development and delivery skills, with ability to inform, influence and impact at senior leadership levels. Readiness to adapt and commitment to do what it takes to satisfy demanding clients; ability to work independently Ability to influence while working collaboratively with cross functional teams; create comprehensive project plans; mentor / guide junior team members of the change management team The role requires demonstrated expertise as Organizational design and change management lead with training familiarity; it's not a generic business analyst, IT lead, Project or Program manager position. We are looking for local bay area candidates (no relocation offered) This is a potentially long term engagement.
