Target Level:
Consultant or Senior Consultant What You'll Do Craft and implement customized strategies that support a seamless transition to the future state, aligned with each client's unique needs and organizational culture. Lead comprehensive engagement and communication efforts that secure stakeholder buy-in, foster active participation, and embed change within the organizational values. Deliver learning programs that accelerate adoption, elevate employee skills, and optimize the effectiveness of new technologies and programs. Establish and mentor a network of change champions to sustain momentum and reinforce learning initiatives across the organization. Identify potential resistance and implement strategies to mitigate challenges, ensuring smooth adoption of change. Implement robust measurement systems to track and enhance adoption, proficiency, and learning outcomes, leveraging continuous feedback for ongoing improvement. Develop and execute post-implementation support strategies, including coaching, reinforcement, and continuous learning opportunities, to secure long-term success. Leverage AI tools to build deliverables and deliver efficiently. What You'll Bring At least 5+ years of experience in change management, learning and development, and/or talent management experience. Proven knowledge of change management tools, principles, and methodologies. Certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus but not required. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing structured change management approaches for large-scale, complex business transformations or technology adoption initiatives. Strong ability to craft and deliver clear, compelling messages to audiences at all organizational levels, from frontline employees to senior executives. Collaborative working style, easily adaptable to new environments and ability to embrace ambiguity. Ability to quickly build industry-specific knowledge, client trust, and credibility across a variety of sectors. Comfortable working with diverse teams, clients, and senior leaders to drive change effectively. Demonstrated use and knowledge of AI capabilities and ability to upskill on emerging technology. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Consultant is $77,000 to $116,000. For a Senior Consultant level the targeted base salary range is $102,000 to $153,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
