Job Description We are seeking a senior Organizational Change Management professional to support an Office of the Chief Information Officer environment. This role focuses on driving adoption of technology, process, and organizational change across complex stakeholders. the ideal candidate brings deep experience in large, regulated, or defense-focused environments. The OCM Lead will drive end to end change management for OCIO initiatives, developing and executing strategies that support IT modernization and enterprise transformation efforts. This role partners closely with OCIO leadership, program managers, and technical teams to assess change impacts across people, processes, and technology, while designing communication, training, and adoption plans that support successful implementation. The candidate will manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, identify and mitigate resistance risks, track adoption and change effectiveness metrics, and support governance, reporting, and executive briefings within a structured and compliance driven environment.
