As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Service Product, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. •Job responsibilities•+ Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies + Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements + Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources + Lead end-to-end pilot delivery, including intake, planning, execution, evaluation, and scaling recommendations. + Serve as a process expert across multiple journeys within area products, conducting impact assessments to identify effects on end users. + Communicate effectively and engage with all business levels, facilitating strategic discussions in large forums with senior leaders. + Identify and influence solutions for process improvements, efficiencies, and gaps, focusing on enhancing product value. + Lead complex change requests, including sponsored initiatives and regulatory-driven changes, ensuring flawless product readiness and minimizing end-user impact. + Conduct quality assurance on executed change requests to confirm product quality and customer satisfaction outcomes. + Properly assess end-user impact and propose readiness needs, ensuring end users are fully capable of using new functionality as a key readiness measure. + Drive adoption readiness through coordinated communications, stakeholder alignment, and practical enablement activities tied to the change delivered. •Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills•+ 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area + Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area + Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities + Experience in product deployment processes + Led complex change requests, including sponsored and regulatory-driven initiatives. + Strong analytical skills to assess end-user impacts and propose readiness needs. + Excellent communicator, able to engage all business levels and facilitate strategic discussions with senior leaders. + Skilled at identifying and influencing process improvements, efficiencies, and gaps to enhance product value. + Conducted quality assurance on change requests to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. + Committed to ensuring end users are fully capable of using new functionality as a key measure of readiness. + Able to work independently, showing persistence and optimism when facing obstacles. •Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills•+ Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle + Skilled in facilitating large-group readiness forums and influencing senior stakeholders. + Able to translate impact assessments into clear readiness plans and measurable adoption outcomes. + Proven ability to manage multiple complex change efforts while maintaining quality and end-user focus. + Track record of driving process improvements that enhance product value and customer outcomes. + Strong cross-functional partnership to implement change with minimal disruption and high user satisfaction. + Proven experience as a process expert with a strong track record in conducting impact assessments and managing change requests.
