AI Governance Framework Development 2. Responsible AI and Ethical AI Principles 3. AI Policy Development 4. AI Risk Assessment and Risk Management 5. AI Oversight and Accountability Models 6. Data Governance 7. Data Privacy and Compliance 8. Transparency and Explainable AI 9. Public Sector Governance 10. Florida Public Records and Records Retention Requirements 11. Cybersecurity Governance 12. Organizational Change Management (OCM) 13. Workforce Readiness Assessment 14. AI Adoption Strategy 15. Training and Workforce Development Planning 16. Stakeholder Engagement and Communications 17. Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development Education and Certifications Preferred, not mandatory:
Education:
Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred certifications include:
1. NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) Training or Certification 2. Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or equivalent privacy certification 3. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent cybersecurity certification 4. Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent Organizational Change Management certification 5. Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or equivalent data governance certification 6.Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
