Job Description Own and manage the product backlog for assigned HR systems based on stakeholder priorities
Build strong relationships with HR COEs and business operational leaders
Define business requirements and translate them into detailed, executable project plans
Review technical specifications to ensure IT builds align with business intent
Define test strategy, test cases, and assess expected results for system changes
Lead gap analysis, process landscape mapping, and organizational impact assessments
Develop and execute change management and communications strategy (including champion networks)
Manage project risks — remove barriers or escalate issues to senior leadership as needed

10+ years of operational HR experience across multiple HR process areas
3-5 years of people leadership experience
Proven track record in project management using Agile, PMP, Scrum, or equivalent
Experience with SuccessFactors or comparable HR technology platforms
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and cutover support skills
Ability to manage multiple detailed workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills — comfortable with executives Experience facilitating workshops with business leaders and third-party vendors
Experience in large, complex organizations — logistics, cruise, airline, or hospitality
Consulting or SI background
Salesforce or Case Management platform experience
Formal PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification
Experience building or scaling a product ownership function Exposure to shipboard or operations-facing HR programs
